Publix Super Markets has their own lump charcoal under their "Greenwise" private label. $4.99 (Florida) for an 8.8 lb bag.

Some of the bigger pieces on the top (biggest was 8"), rest was normal size and the small pieces and the crumbles were minimal.

The bag smelled like burnt wood, as did the contents  didn't see any scraps, so that rules out Cowboy 
Might get around to trying it on Sunday.
