About a year and a half ago I wrote an article on Aging Beef at Home , which described both 'wet' and 'dry' aging methods.

Yesterday a reader notified me of a product that will help you to dry age beef utilizing a 'DryBag'

It's interesting reading and wondering if any one here has tried it or knows any one that has?

Well, the company sent me a vacuum sealer and some bags...

Here are the RESULTS!
